RETURNS POLICY

MAKING SURE YOU LOVE YOUR MÉLA SWIMSUIT IS OUR TOP PRIORITY WHICH IS WHY WE OFFER ITEM EXCHANGES AND RETURNS FOR STORE CREDIT ONLY PROVIDED THAT:

• You contact our team and items must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Items returned must be unworn, undamaged and in the original packaging with all original tags still attached.

• Please do not remove the hygiene liner. For sanitary reasons please try on swimsuit over underwear. 

• All sale items are final sale. Sale items can not be returned or exchanged unless faulty. Must contact our customer service within 5 days of delivery. 

• Return shipping cost are covered by the customer.


HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM? 

• Use our contact form via our contact page to send us a message with your name, order number and the items you wish to return or exchange. 

• You will then receive a return form to include with your return via email within 24-48 hours or download below. Print out and fill out form.  

• Once we receive your return, we will email you store credit in the form of a gift card which can be used storewide!

FAULTY ITEMS 

• Please email info@melaswim.com with your order number and an image of the fault within 5 days of delivery so our team can arrange a replacement as soon as possible.

• Refunds will only be issued if the item is determined faulty and the item cannot be replaced.
